The ASPU requires minimal maintenance, but is robust enough to meet the most demanding stoppering needs. Original units from the mid 1980’s are still in operation today.
The IMPRO ASPU system operates with customer supplied air, nitrogen and vacuum sources.
We recommend that you should follow your internal validation requirements for cleaning standards. The unit is capable of being cleaned using an Autoclave. Connections and controls are cleaned using 70% IPOH.
The standard IMPRO ASPU system is a table top unit requiring dimensions of approximately 48” L x 30” W.
The weight is approximately 80 lbs.
