In 1984, IMPRO began manufacturing pharmaceutical
equipment. The Becton Dickinson Glove Stripper©,
IMPRO’s inaugural piece, was created to remove the
surgical glove, also known as the Thru Touch Glove©.
BD Medical Pharmaceutical Group and IMPRO SYSTEMS collaborated on developing a stoppering system which came to be known as
the HYPAK SCF Syringe Stoppering System©. IMPRO exclusively manufactured the SPU for BD Medical Pharmaceutical Group for
many years as well as the newer ASPU autoclave design.
IMPRO’S ASPU 2015 can stopper up to 160 syringes within a nitrogen induced chamber in approximately 50 to 55 seconds utilizing syringe size of 1.0 ML;
100 syringes at 1.0 ML, 2.0 ML, 3.0 ML. ; 64 syringes at 5 ML ; 42 syringes at 10ML ; and 30 syringes at 20 ML. The ASPU 2015 system is uniquely designed in
that air, nitrogen and vacuum are the only components necessary for a successful operation. The ASPU 2015 can be found in facilities throughout the world.
